The Digest: Journal of Jurisprudence and Legisprudence (ISSN Online 2746-0371 ISSN Print 2746-2110) is a double-blind peer-review journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Semarang and managed by the Center for the Study of Court Decisions, Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Semarang. This journal is published biannually in June and December and provides fully open access to ensure everyone's accessibility to develop knowledge. The Digest: Journal of Jurisprudence and Legisprudence publishes research or conceptual articles in the field of legal studies, primarily focusing on the study of court decisions and legal studies. The Journal is published in Bahasa and English, both print and online versions. The Digest is also intended to be an Indonesian and International forum for discussion and analysis of court decisions. Each issue of The Digest: Journal of Jurisprudence and Legisprudence includes insightful analysis and discussion on court decisions.
Abstracting and Indexing:
Regarding the paperless policy at our institution, we do not provide printed journals and or any documents in print. All documents will be provided online. If the author wants the printed version of the journal and the certificate of authorship, please contact our editor (a charge will be applied). The Digest: Journal of Jurisprudence and Legisprudence is committed to providing the best articles related to the field of law and or related studies that contribute both nationally and internationally. The Digest: Journal of Jurisprudence and Legisprudencey provides an opportunity for anyone, whether students, lecturers, researchers, or legal practitioners, to send their best manuscript to the Journal. The Digest: Journal of Jurisprudence and Legisprudence accepts manuscripts throughout the year, and there is a deadline (specific time) for receipt of manuscripts except for certain topics. The Digest: Journal of Jurisprudence and Legisprudence also welcomes opportunities for cooperation in publishing the results of Seminars and Conferences in Special or Regular Issues; for further information, please contact the editor by email.
