Based on the Rector’s Decree of Universitas Negeri Semarang Number B/655/UN37/HK.02/2026 concerning Academic Supporting Service Tariffs at the Institute for Research and Community Service of Universitas Negeri Semarang for the Year 2026, it is hereby informed to all authors that an adjustment has been made to the publication fee of the Indonesian Journal of Pancasila & Global Constitutionalism.
The Article Processing Charge (APC) is set at 250.000 IDR. This tariff determination constitutes part of the institutional policy aimed at supporting the sustainability of high-quality, professional, and academically standardized journal management.
Please ensure compliance with our guidelines: the acceptable limit for text overlap is 20%, and please use Mendeley.
This journal requires authors to pay an article publication fee to support the wide dissemination of research results and to cover the costs associated with handling and editing submitted manuscripts, as well as general journal management and publication. The fee covers:

DOI registration for each paper;

Checking article similarity using iThenticate;

Sending the final result to authors (upon request);

Renewal processes, capacity expansion, technical improvements, and daily maintenance of the journal;

Layout editing according to template and journal standards.

We are pleased to inform you that your manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review and editorial assessment stages and is now in the final preparation stage prior to publication. To ensure the highest quality of academic writing and language presentation, we strongly recommend that authors conduct a professional English proofreading process before publication. This recommendation is particularly important for manuscripts with a length of approximately 6,000–9,000 words, as comprehensive proofreading helps improve clarity, consistency, readability, and compliance with international scholarly publishing standards.
In addition to the publication fee, authors will be charged a proofreading service fee. The amount of the proofreading fee will be informed via email. Authors may alternatively use other proofreading services; however, they are strongly encouraged to use Jurilingua Analitica as a substitute for the facility previously provided by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Semarang.

For authors who wish to use Jurilingua Analitica, you may contact Kayla (0813-1456-6273) as the liaison assistant and partner support representative for Indonesian Journal of Pancasila & Global Constitutionalism. She will assist with the proofreading submission process and coordination with the service provider.
Please note that this recommendation is intended to assist authors in enhancing the linguistic quality of their manuscripts. Authors may choose either of the services above or any other reputable professional proofreading provider.
