About the Journal

Indonesian Science Education Letter (ISEL) is a scholarly journal dedicated to publishing academic works in the field of science education, science teaching and learning, pedagogical innovation, scientific literacy, and the development of science education practices across various educational levels, ranging from early childhood education, primary education, and secondary education to higher education.

ISEL serves as an academic dissemination platform for researchers, lecturers, teachers, students, education practitioners, and stakeholders who are concerned with strengthening the quality of science education. The journal encourages the publication of articles that are not only academically rigorous, but also relevant to educational practice, curriculum development, learning transformation, and the challenges of science education at local, national, and global levels.

As a journal open to international contributions, ISEL welcomes manuscripts from any country, provided that authors clearly explain the local context of their research and demonstrate the broader significance of their findings for a wider readership.
