JDM (Jurnal Dinamika Manajemen) [e-ISSN: 2337-5434] issued by the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Semarang, Indonesia, periodically (every six months) in March and September to publishing high-quality, original research and theoretical contributions in the fields of management, business, and economics. Our focus is on providing a platform for scholars to share insights that are both academically rigorous and practically relevant, with a particular emphasis on dynamic and contemporary issues.
