Firda Yanis Hardianti, born in Mojokerto in 2000. Completed her law degree at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, State University of Surabaya in 2022 with the thesis "Fulfillment of Conditions for Implementing Decision Number : 69/Pid.Sus/2019/Pn. Mjk in Additional Criminal Imposition Chemical Castration Against Child Sexual Violence Perpetrators". An active law scholar and interested in writing, researching, and attending seminars both nationally and internationally in the field of criminal law. The author is also active in writing papers that have been published in various legal journals and web pages, including the Suara Hukum Journal of the State University of Surabaya, Researchgate, Gresnews.com (Important Reference for Law and Politics) with article titles including the Urgency of Accelerating the Ratification of Draft Laws. Elimination of Sexual Violence, The Urgency of Accepting Timor Leste as a Member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, Sexual Harassment: Power Relations in the Campus World?. The recipient of the funding has passed the student research program in 2020 and 2021 from the State University of Surabaya.

Emmilia Rusdiana is a Lecturer at Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA), Indonesia. Her are of expertise concerning criminal law, criminal procedural law, and law and justice. Some of her works have been published on several journals such as Tinjauan Yuridis terhadap Penyebaran Foto Porno di Media Sosial (Studi Putusan Nomor: 80/Pid. Sus/2021/PN SDA) (Novum Jurnal Hukum, 2022), Pemenuhan Perumusan Dan Penyelenggaraan Hukum Pidana Pada Pelanggaran Pajak Demi Pencapaian Tujuan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan Perpajakan (Jurnal Suara Hukum, 2022), and Implementasi Gerakan Anti Korupsi sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Korupsi pada Lembaga Anti Korupsi di Propinsi Jawa Timur (Perspektif Hukum, 2020).
