Kiki Kristanto is the name of the author, who was born in Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan, on March 8, 1983. The author completed elementary school education in 1995, continued junior high school education in 1998, and continued high school education in 2001. After graduating from high school, the author continued his education to higher education (stratum 1) at the Faculty of Law, University of Palangka Raya, graduating in 2005. In 2008, the author continued his MIH undergraduate education at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University Surabaya, which graduated in 2009. In 2017, the author continued his Strata 3 Legal Science education at the Doctor of Law Program, Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya, and graduated in 2020. The author is currently active as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Palangka Raya, with the status of civil servant class IIId and the functional position of lecturer.

Zico Junius Fernando was born in Curup on 7 June 1990, and the best and fastest graduate in the Bachelor of Law Program in 2012 and the Post-Graduate Program in the Master of Law at the Faculty of Law, the University of Bengkulu in 2013. He has been pursuing his Doctoral degree in the Faculty of Law Diponegoro University since 2021. Has field experience, whereas worked as an Advocate/Legal Consultant with various cases.
