HUBUNGAN ANTARA OTONOMI KERJA, ORIENTASI PERAN GENDER KELUARGA, KESEIMBANGAN KERJA-KELUARGA DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KELUARGA PADA PEREMPUAN YANG BERPERAN GANDA

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara otonomi kerja, pola gender dalam keluarga dan keseimbangan kerja-keluarga terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kepuasan keluarga pada perempuan yang berperan ganda.

Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 108 perempuan yang sudah berkeluarga dan bekerja di sektor formal. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala dan diolah dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa otonomi kerja dan orientasi peran gender keluarga yang egalitarian secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan positif dengan keseimbangan kerja-keluarga. Besar sumbangan efektif otonomi kerja dan orientasi peran gender egalitarian adalah sebesar 8,9%. Dari hasil analisis jalur diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara orientasi peran gender keluarga yang egalitarian dengan kepuasan keluarga melalui keseimbangan kerja-keluarga, dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 18,9%. Sementara hubungan antara otonomi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja menunjukkan korelasi yang tidak signifikan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung atau melalui variabel keseimbangan kerja-keluarga.
