Currently, He is a doctoral candidate in the Biology Education Department at the Seoul National University in Seoul, Republic of Korea. His research focuses on developing effective teaching strategies in science. He is particularly interested in designing a socio-scientific issue (SSI)-based instructional program for pre-service science teachers to be used in Indonesian teacher education programs.

She works as a science communicator in the Exhibition Management Division of Gwacheon National Science Museum in Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. Her research focuses on identifying research trends or challenges in informal science education to realize science for all including special education needs (SEN), culturally and linguistically diverse people and senior citizens.

Sonya N Martin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Earth Science Education at Seoul National University in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Sonya holds a bachelor's degree in Biology from Bryn Mawr College, and master’s degrees in Elementary Education and in Chemistry Education from the University of Pennsylvania in the United States. She also holds a doctoral degree in Science Education from Curtin University in Australia. Her research focuses on identifying science teacher practices that promote learning for students with special education needs (SEN) and for culturally and linguistically diverse students.
