Journal History
The Indonesian Journal of Advocacy and Legal Services (IJALS) was first published in September 2019, and since the first edition has used the Open Access Journal management system fully and exclusively in English. IJALS has been committed from the beginning to become a scientific journal in the field of law that contains articles on the results of research and community service in the legal sector. IJALS is also intended to be a forum for academics, researchers, practitioners, government, policy makers, students, and the general public in disseminating the results of their studies and research as a support for Indonesia's development in the legal sector in the future. IJLAS is published by the Law Faculty of Universitas Negeri Semarang, in collaboration with the Studies Center and Law Clinics within the Faculty of Law Universitas Negeri Semarang, such as the Labor and Employment Law Clinic, Anti-Corruption Law Clinic, Child and Women's Protection Law Clinic, Environmental Law Clinic, Law Clinic Drafting Legislation, Intellectual Property Law Clinic, Human Rights Law Clinic, Legal Aid Center, and Anti-Radicalism and Terrorism Study Center.
