Persepsi Ibu Nifas tentang Mutu Pelayanan Postnatal Care dengan Kunjungan Ulang

Abstract

Masa nifas dimulai setelah plasenta lahir dan berakhir ketika alat-alat kandungan kembali seperti keadaan sebelum hamil. Saat ini organ-organ reproduksi sedang mengalami proses pemulihan setelah terjadinya proses kehamilan dan persalinan. Ibu nifas juga mengalami perubahan psikologis yaitu melanjutkan pencapaian proses peran maternalnya dan kelekatan dengan bayinya. Sehingga ibu nifas perlu mendapatkan asuhan pelayanan nifas yang bermutu. Mutu tersebut dapat terlihat dari standar waktu dimana ibu nifas dianjurkan untuk melakukan kunjungan nifas paling sedikit 3 kali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi ibu nifas terhadap mutu pelayanan postnatal care terhadap minat kunjungan ulang layanan postnatal care di Puskesmas Halmahera Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 41 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara persepsi kehandalan (p=0,031), persepsi daya tanggap (p=0,031), persepsi jaminan (p=0,046), persepsi empati (p=0.023) dan persepsi bukti langsung (p=0,002) dengan minat kunjungan ulang layanan postnatal care.

The postpartum period begins after the placenta is born and ends when the uterus returns as before pregnancy. Currently the reproductive organs are undergoing recovering after the process of pregnancy and childbirth. The puerperal mother also undergoes a psychological change that is continuing the achievement of her maternal role process and attachment to her baby. So the postpartum needs to get good postpartum service quality. The quality can be seen from the standard time in which postpartum mothers are encouraged to make postpartum visits at least 3 times. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between perceptions of puerperal mother to quality of postnatal care services to revisit intention postnatal care service at Puskesmas Halmahera Semarang City. This research is a quantitative study using cross sectional approach. The sample of this research is 41 people. The results showed that there was a relationship between the perception of reliability (p = 0.031), perception of responsiveness (p = 0.031), perception of assurance (p = 0.046), perception of empathy (p = 0.023) and the perception of tangible (p = 0.002) with revisit intention postnatal care services.
