Ikatan Penulis Mahasiswa Hukum Indonesia Law Journal (IPMHI Law Journal) will strictly only publish articles that comply with the Journal Guidelines and Manuscript Preparation Guidelines. All submitted manuscripts will go through a double blind peer review stage which will be reviewed by experts in their fields. This journal aims to provide a forum for law students to publish original research articles or review articles in legal studies, especially in the study of legal reform. The scope of articles published in this journal cover a wide range of topics, including: Criminal Law; Civil law; International law; Constitutional Law; Administrative law; Islamic law; Economic Law; Medical Law; Customary law; Environmental Law and other fields of law deal with contemporary issues in legal studies.

Manuscripts submitted will be reviewed by the editorial board and peer reviewers who are experts and familiar with the relevant research field. Following the review process, the Managing Editor will notify authors of acceptance, rejection, or need for manuscript revision. All submitted manuscripts will go through the first stage of review process carried out by the Internal Editor, which includes: suitability of manuscripts with focus and scope, manuscript templates; writing standards (including word count), and similarity (plagiarism check by Turnitin). Regarding plagiarism checks, the allowable percentage limit does not exceed 25%. After passing the first stage, the manuscript will be sent for processing in the second stage, namely the review process (through a double-blind peer-review system).

Open Access Policy
This journal provides direct open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Manuscript Format
The word limit for submission is 4000-15000 words (including footnotes (if any) and abstract). Typed using Times New Roman 12pt. The order of the manuscripts is as follows: Title; Abstract; Keywords; Introduction; Methods (for original research articles); Results and Discussion; Conclusion; and Reference. Please check our Latest Manuscript Template and Detail Author Guidelines.

The Ikatan Penulis Mahasiswa Hukum Indonesia Law Journal (IPMHI Law Journal) is a peer-reviewed journal committed to maintaining and upholding the highest ethical standards of publication. All articles that do not conform to these standards will be removed from publication at any time even after publication. This statement explains the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing articles in this journal, including authors, editor-in-chief, editorial board, peer-reviewers and publishers (Faculty of Law, State University of Semarang). This statement is based on the COPE Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors. The Faculty of Law, State University of Semarang as the publisher of the Journal in collaboration with the Indonesian Law Student Writers Association Organization (IPMHI) takes the task of taking care of all stages of publishing seriously and we are aware of our ethical behavior and other responsibilities. We are committed to ensuring that advertising, reprint or other commercial revenue has no impact or influence on editorial decisions. Ikatan Penulis Mahasiswa Hukum Indonesia Law Journal (IPMHI Law Journal) secara ketat hanya akan menerbitkan artikel yang sesuai dengan Panduan Jurnal dan Panduan Persiapan Naskah. Semua naskah yang diajukan akan melalui tahap double blind peer review yang akan ditinjau oleh pakar di bidangnya. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wadah bagi mahasiswa hukum untuk mempublikasikan artikel penelitian asli atau artikel review dalam studi hukum, khususnya dalam studi reformasi hukum. Ruang lingkup artikel yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal ini membahas berbagai topik, termasuk: Hukum Pidana; Hukum perdata; Hukum internasional; Hukum Konstitusi; Hukum administratif; Hukum Islam; Hukum Ekonomi; Hukum Kedokteran; Hukum adat; Hukum Lingkungan dan bidang hukum lain terkait isu-isu kontemporer dalam studi hukum.

 

 

Naskah yang dikirimkan akan ditinjau oleh dewan redaksi dan peer reviewer yang ahli dan akrab dengan bidang penelitian yang relevan. Setelah proses peninjauan, Redaktur Pelaksana akan memberi tahu penulis tentang penerimaan, penolakan, atau perlunya revisi naskah. Seluruh naskah yang dikirimkan akan melalui proses review tahap pertama yang dilakukan oleh Internal Editor, yang meliputi: kesesuaian naskah dengan fokus dan ruang lingkup, template naskah; standar penulisan (termasuk jumlah kata), dan kesamaan (pemeriksaan plagiarisme oleh Turnitin). Mengenai cek plagiarisme, batas persentase yang diperbolehkan tidak melebihi 25%. Setelah melewati tahap pertama, naskah akan dikirim untuk diproses pada tahap kedua, yaitu proses review (melalui sistem double-blind peer-review).

 

Jurnal ini menyediakan akses terbuka langsung ke isinya dengan prinsip bahwa membuat penelitian tersedia secara bebas untuk umum mendukung pertukaran pengetahuan global yang lebih besar.
