Faktor Determinan Kemampuan Perencanaan Karier Siswa SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Tegal

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor determinan kemampuan perencanaan karier siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Tegal. Teknik sampling yang digunakan Cluster Sampling Proporsional. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup. Analisis datanya menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor keluarga menjadi faktor determinan terhadap kemampuan perencanaan karier siswa dengan perolehan persentase sebesar 80% yang berada dalam kategori tinggi. Sedangkan faktor belajar menjadi faktor yang kurang determinan terhadap kemampuan perencanaan karier siswa dengan perolehan persentase sebesar 67% yang berada dalam kategori sedang. Simpulan dari penelitian ini, faktor keluarga menjadi faktor determinan terhadap kemampuan perencanaan karier siswa.
The purpose of the study was to find out the determinant factor of students career planning ability. This research was using survey research with XI grades students of State Senior High Schools in Tegal regency as the population. Proportionate cluster sampling technique was used in this study. Method for collecting data was used close questionnaire. The data analysis used descriptive percentages.The results showed family factor become the determinant factor of students career planning ability with the percentage of 80 % which is in the high category while learning factor become less determinant factor of the ability of students career planning with a percentage of 67% in the medium category . It can concluded that family factor become determinant factor in the ability of students career planning.
