Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis mengenai (1) kondisi guru TIK di SMA Negeri 4 Tegal, (2) pemahaman guru TIK SMA Negeri 4 Tegal tentang Kurikulum 2013, (3) peran guru TIK dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di SMA Negeri 4 Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Guru TIK di SMA Negeri 4 yang berjumlah 2 orang dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 yang mana kualifikasinya telah terlatih dengan mengikuti pelatihan Kurikulum 2013 namun dalam kenyataanya pemahaman mengenai kurikulum 2013 masih belum memadai dan dalam pelaksanaan peranan barunya sesuai Permendikbud No.68 Tahun 2014 belum terlaksana dengan baik karena baru berjalan beberapa aspek saja.
This study aims to observe, describe and analyze (1) ICT teacher conditions at SMAN 4 Tegal, (2) Teh extend to wich teachers understanding of ICT SMAN 4 Tegal on Curriculum 2013, (3) their understanding a role as ICT teacher at school on the omplementation Curriculum, 2013 . This study used a qualitative approach case study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, documentary study and observation. ICT teacher at SMAN 4, amounting to 2 people in the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 in which his qualifications had been trained by the training curriculum in 2013, but in fact the teachers already meet the academic qualification but still lack of understanding about curriculum 2013 including their practice in the class.
