Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan Kepala Sekolah/Madrasah (PKB KS/M) materi supervisi akademik Kabupaten Kendal tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick yang terdiri dari level reaction, learning, behavior, dan result. Subyek penelitian ini adalah empat kepala Sekolah Dasar Negeri peserta pelatihan yang hasil belajarnya mencapai kriteria minimal 70. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) program PKB KS/M belum efektif karena peserta belum 100% merasa puas, (2) belum terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar secara signifikan peserta program PKB KS/M, (3) program PKB KS/M belum berhasil karena peserta belum menerapkan ilmu yang dipelajari selama pelatihan, (4) dampak program PKB KS/M berimbas pada peningkatan ilmu pengetahuan, peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, serta peningkatan prestasi siswa dan guru.

 

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Sustainable Development Profession School/Madrasah Principals (PKB KS/M) program material academic supervision Kendal district in 2014. This study used Kirkpatrick evaluation model consisting of a level reaction, learning, behavior and result. The subjects of this study is the head of State Elementary School four trainees who study results reach the minimum criteria 70. The method of collecting data using interviews, literature study, and study the document. The results showed that (1) the program PKB KS/M is not effective because participants were not 100% satisfied, (2) has not been an increase learning outcomes significantly program participants PKB KS/M, (3) program PKB KS/M has not been successful because participants do not apply the knowledge learned during the training, (4) the impact of PKB program KS/M impact on increasing knowledge, improving the quality of learning, and improvement in student achievement and teacher.
