Peer Review Process
Management Analysis Journal applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, validity, and academic integrity of all published articles. In this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed from each other to maintain objectivity and minimize potential bias. All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow the focus and scope as well as the author guidelines of Management Analysis Journal. The submitted manuscripts must demonstrate appropriate scientific merit and/or novelty relevant to the journal’s scope. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism content. Authors are strongly encouraged to use plagiarism detection software to conduct similarity checks prior to submission. The editorial team screens all manuscripts using similarity detection software, and the similarity index must not exceed 20%.
Each manuscript is initially evaluated by the editorial team to assess its suitability, originality, ethical compliance, and adherence to the journal’s guidelines. Manuscripts that pass this initial screening are then subjected to a double-blind peer review process involving at least two (2) or more independent expert reviewers. Reviewers provide objective, constructive, and scientifically valuable comments to improve the quality, clarity, and rigor of the manuscript.

The publication of accepted articles, including the sequence of publication, is determined by the Editor-in-Chief, taking into consideration the date of acceptance, the geographical distribution of authors, and alignment with thematic issues of the journal.
