Crimes around the world, not only in Indonesia, are growing from time to time. However, the rapid development of patterns and motives of crimes are not directly proportional to the legal response to various existing crimes. In fact, the law has an important position in providing guarantees of legal certainty and justice for the community. This edition features some of the best papers concerning cybercrime and transnational crime. The authors of this edition come from two countries, namely Indonesia and Nigeria, consisting of several institutions, namely: LBH Ar-Rachman Indonesia, Department of Political Science, Novena University Nigeria, Department of Business Administration University of Benin Nigeria, Legal Aid Center, Indonesian Advocates Associations (PBH PERADI), Indonesian Criminal Justice Forum, University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya, Indonesian Cybercrime Fighting Communities, Indonesian Law and Technology Literacy Society, and Law and Technology Studies Center Indonesia.
