Abstract

ABSTRACT
Experimental studies have been conducted on the implementation of the model of Project of Creative Learning (PCL) to develop creative thinking skills of concept of electricity and magnetism. This study aimed at determining the increase of creative thinking skills as a result of the implementation of the model. Research method used was experimental method with design of two group pretest-posttest. The research subject was students of semester 2 (two) of one of private universities in the city of Semarang, Central Java. The research instrument used creative thinking skills test. The result showed that after getting the implementation of project-based learning model, most of the creative thinking skills were high. It was indicated by the average score of normalized gain <g> of creative thinking skill of first experiment group  which increased by 0.72 and those for second experiment groups which increased by 0.74. These results indicated that the PCL learning models can improve the skills of creative thinking.

Keywords
