Seiring dengan purna tugas dari chief of editor, Prof. Dr. Hardi Suyitno, kami menghaturkan penghargaan yang sebesar-besarnya kepada Prof. Hardi, atas dedikasinya dalam memimpin Editor Jurnal Kreano selama 1 dekade terakhir.

Nama Kreano adalah usul dari Dr. Rochmad, yang kemudian disetujui oleh Prof. Hardi ketika Beliau sedang berada di Amerika, bertahun lampau. Profesor Pengembara ini memang kerapkali bepergian ke luar negeri, baik dalam tugas maupun benar-benar mengambara. Tersesat adalah cara kita untuk memperoleh pengalaman baru. Benarkan? Begitu unik cara Beliau menyemangati kami yang masih muda.
Satu yang kerap menjadi inspirasi adalah penyataan Beliau, "Lebih baik kemampuan Bahasa Inggrisnya jelek, tapi sering ke luar negeri, daripada Bahasa Inggrisnya bagus, tapi tidak pernah ke luar negeri."

Along with the retirement of the chief of editor, Prof. Dr. Hardi Suyitno, we would like to extend our greatest appreciation to Prof. Hardi, for his dedication in leading the Kreano Journal Editor for the past decade.

The name Kreano is a suggestion from Dr. Rochmad, which was later approved by Prof. Hardi when He was in America, many years ago.

This Wandering Professor had indeed traveled abroad a lot, either on assignment or on a regular basis. Getting lost is our way of having new experiences. Right? It was so unique the way He encouraged us who were still young.

One thing that often becomes an inspiration is his statement, "Better to have poor English skills, but often abroad, than good English, but never abroad."
