ANALISIS PEMBELAJARAN TRAINING PADA LEMBAGA AT WEST OUTBOUND TRAINING SEMARANG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kegiatan lembaga AT West Outbound Training dalam assessment kebutuhan, pelaksanaan bentuk dan jenis, serta evaluasi pembelajaran training. Subjek penelitian adalah pimpinan lembaga, 4 fasilitator dan 4 peserta pelatihan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan metode triangulasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan assessment kebutuhan pembelajaran training yang dilakukan oleh lembaga AT West telah memenuhi komponen sistem perencanaan dengan menggunakan metode identifikasi wawancara tehadap key person, pelaksanaan training menggunakan teknik-teknik pada metode pelatihan off the job training, serta evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara informal yakni menggunakan teknik observasi dengan skala psikologi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran training yang dilaksanakan oleh Lembaga AT West telah memenuhi seluruh aspek tahapan pembelajaran sebuah training.
The Purposes of the study is to analyze all activities in the AT West Outbound Training form of needs assessment, implementation forms and types, as well as the evaluation learning of training. The Subjects in this study is institutional leaders, four facilitators, and four trainees. Data collection methods were using were interview, observation and documentation. Validity of the data was using triangulation method. Techniques of data analysis through data reduction phase, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the overall of training needs assessment study implemented by the AT West Outbound Training institution has complied with the planning system component identification using interviews of key persons, the implementation methods of training using various techniques off-the-job training, and evaluation is done used by informal observation techniques with psychological scale. Conclusion of this study is learn of training implemented by the AT West Outbound Training institution has complied with all aspects of the learning
