PENGEMBANGAN AKURASI SHOOTING FREE THROW DENGAN MENGUNAKAN ALAT EFTOOL (STUDI EKSPERIMEN DI KLUB BOLA BASKET BLUESKY PUTRA KABUPATEN DEMAK)

____________________________________________________________________Kemampuan tim bola basket bluesky putra Kabupaten Demak tahun 2016 dalam melakukan free throw kurang memuaskan. Banyak pemain kurang dapat memanfaatkan free throw. Dalam melakukan free throw masih banyak beberapa pemain masih membuka siku, hal ini sangat berpengaruh dalam melakukan teknik shooting khususnya free throw (tembakan bebas). Supaya pemain terbiasa dengan keadaan tersebut maka penulis mengembangkan alat modifikasi latihan yang diberi nama eftool, alat ini berfungsi untuk meluruskan siku agar pemain tersebut bisa meluruskan sikunya saat melakukan free throw (tembakan bebas). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh latihan free throw dengan mengunakan alat modifikasi latihan shooting free throw (eftool) dan mengetahui bagaimana kinerja alat tersebut sebagai alat untuk meluruskan siku pemain saat melakukan teknik shooting free throw sehingga seberapa besar pengaruh terhadap peningkatan akurasi free throw. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Adapun prosedur pengembangan produk meliputi analisis produk yang akan diciptakan, pengembangan produk awal, validasi ahli dan revisi, uji coba kelompok kecil, uji coba kelompok besar dan produk akhir. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunakan kuesioner yang diperoleh dari evaluasi ahli dan atlet klub bola basket bluesky putra Kabupaten Demak. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase. Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh data dari evaluasi dosen ahli yaitu pada tahap pertama 2,8% (cukup baik) dan pada tahap kedua 4,3% (sangat baik). Berikut ini adalah rincian dari uji coba kelompok kecil 4,0% (baik) dan aspek pemberian kejelasan materi 4,35% (sangat baik). Rincian dari uji coba kelompok besar 4,0% (baik) aspek pemberian kejelasan materi 4,34% (sangat baik). Dari data yang ada maka dapat disimpulkan alat eftool sebagai alat bantu teknik shooting free throw ini dapat digunakan bagi pemain klub bola basket bluesky putra Kabupaten Demak.

In doing free throw there are still many a few remains open the elbow it is very influence in do technique shooting especially free throw (free shooting). That players used to this situation hence writers develop instrument modification exercise named eftool. This device serves to straight the elbow that the player when performing free throw. This study attempts to know whether there were influence of free throw using a modification of shooting free throw ( eftool ) and knowing how the performance of the device as a tool to straigh elbow players to perform technique shooting free throw, so how big the influence of on increased accuracy free throw. The research development But procedure product development products include analysis be brought, product development, early validation experts and, revision the trial small group, the trial large groups and the final product. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire obtained from the evaluation and men athletes bluesky basketball club of demak. Analysis techniques the data used was descriptive. Percentage From the obtained data from the evaluation lecturer at the first stage 2,8 % ( good enough ) and in the second phase 4,3 % ( very good ). The following are details of the trial small group 4,0 % ( good ) and a matter of clarity 4,35 % ( very good ).
