"NUTRIZIONE" (Nutrition Research and Development Journal) is a regular scientific journal published by the Bachelor Nutrition Study Program, Department of Public Health Sciences, Faculty of Sports Sciences Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), and in collaboration with the Professional Organization of PERSAGI (Persatuan Ahli Gizi Indonesia).

This journal contains the results of scientific thinking related to nutrition science and other scientific fields relevant to nutrition sciences such as sports, public health, food administration, counseling and education, food technology and formulation, and other scientific fields.

"NUTRIZIONE" (Nutrition Research and Development Journal) is published periodically three times a year, where each periodical will contain five articles of scientific thought and research results.
