Copyright Policy
The Indonesian Journal of Agrarian Law respects and protects the intellectual property rights of authors while facilitating wide dissemination of scholarly work. Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication, authors retain the copyright ownership of their work. The authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and archive the article in all formats and media, whether now known or developed in the future.
All published articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license allows anyone to freely share (copy and redistribute) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon) the work for any purpose, even commercially, provided that proper attribution is given to the original authors and source. This ensures that the work remains accessible and reusable while respecting the moral and intellectual rights of the authors.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted work does not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights of others, including proper citation of third-party materials. Any permissions for using copyrighted materials (such as images, tables, or extensive quotations) must be obtained prior to submission and acknowledged accordingly.
The journal also respects copyright laws concerning third-party content and expects authors to adhere strictly to these regulations. In cases of copyright infringement, the journal will act promptly to investigate and, if necessary, retract or correct the affected publication. By adopting this copyright policy, The Indonesian Journal of Agrarian Law aims to balance the protection of authors’ rights with open, ethical access to academic knowledge, promoting the advancement and dissemination of research in agrarian law.
