Anti-Plagiarism Policy
The Indonesian Journal of Agrarian Law enforces a strict anti-plagiarism policy, requiring all submissions to be original and properly referenced. Manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software, and similarity scores exceeding 20% (excluding references, quotations, and common phrases) are subject to further review or rejection.
Submissions must demonstrate genuine originality, and any form of plagiarism or redundant publication is unacceptable. If plagiarism is detected after publication, appropriate measures including corrections or retractions will be taken in line with COPE guidelines to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
