Unnes Journal of Public Health (UJPH) is an open access and peer-reviewed journal. It publishes original papers, reviews and short reports on all aspects of the science, philosophy, and practice of public health, especially in low-income and middle-income countries which have many problems in technology, human resources, economics, social welfare, etc impacting public health.
Unnes Journal of Public Health is Nationally Acredited (SINTA 2) based on the Decree of The Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Republic Indonesia, Number 10 / E / KPT / 2019, starts from Volume 7 Issue 2 (July 2018). Unnes Journal of Public Health is published by Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) in cooperation with Association of Indonesian Public Health Experts (Ikatan Ahli Kesehatan Masyarakat Indonesia (IAKMI)).
It is aimed at all public health practitioners and researchers and those who manage and deliver public health services and systems. It will also be of interest to anyone involved in provision of public health programmes, the care of populations or communities and those who contribute to public health systems in any way.

Unnes Journal of Public Health is published by Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) in cooperation with the Association of Indonesian Public Health Experts (Ikatan Ahli Kesehatan Masyarakat Indonesia (IAKMI)). Unnes Journal of Public Health contains articles about health epidemiology, biostatistics, health administration, public health nutrition, environmental health, occupational health and safety, health promotion, reproductive health, maternal and child health, health management, health economics, traditional medicine/treatment for preventive or first aid purposes, public health law/ethics and other related health articles, especially in low-income and middle-income countries. The journal can be used by health practitioners, health caregivers, teachers, students, and people who interested in health issues.
UJPH considers submissions on any aspect of public health across age groups and settings.

The editorial board of Unnes Journal of Public Health has decided to change the number of issue in each volume, from 4 issues (January, April, July, October) to 2 issues (January and July), started from Volume 7 Number 1 2018.
The journal has been published in English since Volume 7 Issue 1, 2018.
Manuscripts should be submitted in English.
