Submissions
Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.
Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.
An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.
Article Title and Authors
The article title should begin each main word with a capital letter, except for conjunctions. It must be bold, centered, in Calisto MT, 20 pt, and limited to no more than 15 words.
Authors’ names should be listed along with their affiliations and ORCID links. A maximum of five authors is allowed. For studies involving legal comparisons between countries, authorship must reflect collaboration between at least two countries relevant to the topic.
Corresponding authors must provide an institutional email for communication, for example: [email protected].
Abstract and Keywords
The abstract should be concise, clear, and descriptive, written in EB Garamond, 14 pt, and preferably not exceeding 250 words. It must stand alone without citations and summarize the study by providing the research purpose, the main problem, the methodology, key findings, and the conclusion.
Keywords should consist of three to five terms that accurately reflect the topic of the research.
Introduction
The Introduction must present a minimum of five prior studies relevant to the research topic, formatted in EB Garamond, 14 pt. Authors are expected to highlight the urgency, significance, and novelty of their research. This section should provide sufficient background, including a brief literature review that records existing solutions, identifies the strengths and limitations of prior studies, and explains the expected contribution or solution proposed by the current study. Authors should clearly state the scientific merit and uniqueness of their work.
Citations should follow the Chicago Manual of Style (Fullnote) format using Mendeley. A minimum of 30 references is required, preferably from the last five years. Footnotes may include brief commentary, notes, or arguments from the authors and are not limited to references. Each paragraph should conclude with a comment that emphasizes the research significance and the objectives of the study.

Method
The Method section must describe the methodology clearly and in detail, written in EB Garamond, 14 pt. For research articles, this includes the study location, data collection methods, and data analysis procedures. For review articles, it should describe the theoretical frameworks, laws or regulations analyzed, and the limitations of the study.
Results and Discussion
This section presents the most critical findings of the study. Results should be clear, concise, and scientific, summarizing the outcomes without providing excessive raw data. Authors should compare their findings with previous studies and highlight differences. This section should also include subheadings where appropriate, and tables and figures must be centered, clearly readable, and at least 300 DPI. Tables should follow an open style format, without vertical lines, and each table must include a source citation.
Conclusion
The Conclusion should clearly answer the research objectives, provide a concise summary of findings, and suggest possible applications or implications. Authors should avoid simply repeating the abstract or restating results.
References
All references should include valid links when available. Laws and regulations may be listed manually if Mendeley cannot generate the citation automatically. For journal articles, DOI or permanent links are required. Examples include books, journal articles, theses, websites, and statutes, formatted according to Chicago Style.
