The Indonesian Journal of Criminal Law Studies (IJCLS) provides immediate open access to its content based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All published content, including research articles, review articles, case analyses, and editorial commentaries, is accessible and downloadable from the journal's website without registration, subscription, or payment.

IJCLS believes that open access facilitates the wider dissemination of scholarly work, increases the visibility and accessibility of research, and supports the development of knowledge in criminal law, criminal justice, and related fields.
