About the Journal

Indonesian Journal of Criminal Law Studies (p-ISSN 2548-1568 - e-ISSN 2548-1576) publishes a scientific paper on the results of the study and review of literature concerning to criminal law studies in a general context, including procedural criminal law, penal policy, criminology, victimology, criminal justice system, international criminal law, juvenile criminal law, penal reform, comparative criminal law, security law, and other related issues on criminal law and its development both in Indonesian and Global context. The IJCLS has established intimate partnerships in various forms with Center for Southeast Asian StudiesLegal Aid Center of UNNES, Anti-Radicalism and Terrorism Studies Center, and Anti-Corruption Studies Center. As a form of commitment to the development of criminal law science, The Journal consistently presents the best articles from various countries and can be accessed easily through the open access journal system on our official journal page. The IJCLS have been officially indexed by several indexing institutions both national and international, such as SCOPUS, SINTA, Google ScholarPortal GARUDA, and Journal TOCs.
