About the Journal

The Indonesian Journal of Agrarian Law (ISSN 3110-6633), published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Semarang, is a distinguished platform dedicated to the exploration, analysis, and discourse on key issues related to agrarian law in Indonesia and its global implications. This journal emphasizes the intersection of legal frameworks with agrarian practices, aiming to advance understanding and propose solutions for contemporary challenges in land governance, reform, and rural development. The Indonesian Journal of Agrarian Law provides an opportunity for anyone, whether students, lecturers, researchers, or legal practitioners, to send their best manuscript to the Journal. The Indonesian Journal of Agrarian Law accepts manuscripts throughout the year, and there is no deadline (specific time) for receipt of manuscripts except for certain topics. The Indonesian Journal of Agrarian Law also welcomes opportunities for cooperation in publishing the results of Seminars and Conferences in Special or Regular Issues.
