Access Policy

The Indonesian Journal of International Clinical Legal Education (ICCLE) adopts an open access policy that allows readers to access, read, download, and save published scholarly articles without subscription fees. This policy aims to broaden the dissemination of clinical legal education and legal research, increase the visibility of scholarly publications, and facilitate the exchange of knowledge among academics, legal practitioners, researchers, students, and the general public.

1. Access to Articles and Archives

All articles published in ICCLE, including articles in the latest issues and archives of previous issues, are available through the journal's official website without subscription fees, subject to the content made available on the journal platform. Readers are not required to pay or subscribe to read and download the full text of available articles.

2. Free Access to Full Text

ICCLE provides free access to the full text of its published articles. Access is not restricted by payment, institutional subscriptions, or paid membership. Articles may be used to support education, clinical legal education, legal research, the development of legal scholarship, policy analysis, legal practice, and other academic activities, subject to the applicable copyright and licensing terms.

3. Copyright and Licensing

The reuse, distribution, reproduction, and adaptation of articles published in ICCLE must comply with the copyright and licensing terms applicable to each article. Where the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) applies, users must provide appropriate attribution to the author(s) and the original publication source, include a link to the license, indicate whether changes have been made, and distribute adaptations under the same license.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of published articles does not infringe copyright, third-party rights, or applicable legal requirements.

4. Commitment to Open Knowledge

ICCLE supports the principles of open access as a means of broadening the dissemination of research findings, advancing clinical legal education and legal scholarship, and strengthening the contribution of research to the development, implementation, and improvement of law.

Through this policy, the journal strives to provide convenient and sustainable access to its scholarly articles and publication archives for the academic community and the wider public.

Commitment to Open Access

ICCLE's open access policy upholds academic integrity, copyright protection, proper attribution, and compliance with applicable publication licensing terms while promoting the wider dissemination and use of scholarly knowledge.
