Archiving and Digital Preservation Policy

The Indonesian Journal of International Clinical Legal Education (ICCLE) utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) systems to support a distributed digital archiving system among participating libraries. These systems allow participating libraries to preserve permanent copies of the journal for long-term preservation and restoration.

Content preserved in the CLOCKSS Archive and the Global LOCKSS Network is subject to the applicable publisher permissions, established through written agreements or online permission statements. ICCLE supports collaboration with digital preservation networks to facilitate appropriate governance and legal arrangements that take account of the content, applicable jurisdictions, rights, and access conditions.
