Plagiarism and Originality Policy

The Indonesian Journal of International Clinical Legal Education (ICCLE) prohibits plagiarism and self-plagiarism. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original and that all sources, quotations, and previously published materials are appropriately acknowledged and cited.

Plagiarism Screening

The Editorial Board screens submitted manuscripts using Turnitin to identify potential plagiarism, overlapping content, and textual similarities. Appropriate quotations and citations must be used whenever required.

Similarity Threshold

Manuscripts with a similarity score exceeding 20% will be automatically rejected by the Editorial Board.

Originality Statement

Before publication, authors are required to provide written confirmation of originality through the journal's Originality Statement form. The statement must be signed by at least one author who has obtained the agreement of the co-author(s), where applicable.
